Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to any of our create and play workshops. By purchasing a ticket to any of our workshops, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may vary at any time due to necessary updates. Any variations on these terms and conditions will apply to any purchases made AFTER terms and conditions have been updated.

Ticket information

Your spot in a workshop is only reserved once full payment has been received.

Refunds and cancellations

If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must do so at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the workshop to ensure efficient time to fill your spot.

When cancelling your ticket, we will offer you a 50% refund on your ticket or a credit to another workshop of the same price. We DO NOT offer full refunds.

In the event of a workshop cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered your choice of a full refund or a credit to attend a rescheduled workshop.

In the event of a workshop being cancelled, all liability is limited to only the amount of your ticket price. I will not be liable for any other losses incurred as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of a workshop.

Photography

By agreeing to the terms and conditions listed, you are also consenting for any photos taken during a workshop to be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to consent, please inform me via Email at createimagineplayau@gmail.com, or verbally during the workshop.

Conditions of entry

Create imagine play au reserves the right to deny access into or remove you from any workshop if I have reasonable cause to do so.

Each person attending the workshop must ensure respect is always given to each other and the venue. Care must always be taken, before, during and after the event.

Create imagine play au is not liable or responsible for any injuries obtained, or damages, loss or theft to personal property before, during or after the workshop.

By attending the workshop, you are agreeing to maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and responsibilities.

Keeping the children safe during the workshop or event

During the workshop or event there may be a risk of harm such as choking hazards, tripping hazards, breakable items, scissor use etc. For this reason, Children must be supervised by their parent or caregiver at all times.

Upon arrival, A parent or caregiver will be required to sign a waiver to agree to these terms and conditions.

Shipping policy

NON-PHYSICAL ITEMS (such as tickets and digital printables): Tickets and printables will be sent via email once full payment has been received. You WILL NOT receive a physical product.
PHYSICAL ITEMS: We offer free local (Deniliquin) delivery, pick up and shipping within Australia.
We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.

Orders will be locally delivered, shipped or available for pick up within 2-4 days after your order is placed.
Order processing times may differ for some items including pre-order items which may take up to two weeks to fulfil

All parcels are sent via Australia post. There is a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $10.95.
PLEASE NOTE: once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. All parcels are sent with tracking, please check Australia post tracking or contact Australia post directly via Australia post support. however, if you still require assistance, please contact us via our email createimagineplayau@gmail.com

Incorrect delivery address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.

Physical item Return policy

If you are entitled to a refund or exchange under any relevant laws or regulations, including the Australian Consumer Law, you have a 7 day return period, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We DO NOT offer returns on "change of mind" so please choose carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at createimagineplayau@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
